From Slovenia’s only native pig, raised by the emerald Soča River. ซาลามี่หมูพันธุ์พื้นเมืองสโลวีเนีย · ผลิตล็อตเดียวเท่านั้น
This is not a product line. It is one single batch of salami, from one small organic family farm in the Soča Valley, made from Slovenia’s rarest pig and brought all the way to Koh Tao. Even in Slovenia, few people ever get to taste it. When these packs are gone, there will be no more. Not next month. Not next year.
ซาลามี่ล็อตเดียวจากฟาร์มออร์แกนิกครอบครัวเล็ก ๆ ในหุบเขาโซชา เมื่อหมดแล้วจะไม่มีอีก
Black, with one broad white belt around its shoulders. It is Slovenia’s only surviving native pig breed, and it was once the most common pig in the country.
By the 1970s it had all but vanished from the records, pushed aside by fast-growing industrial pigs. Since the 1990s a small group of farmers has brought it back from the edge. It is still listed as endangered today, which is exactly why you almost never see it outside Slovenia.
The Soča is one of Europe’s most beautiful rivers: an emerald stream that runs from the Julian Alps down towards the Adriatic Sea. In its valley, cold mountain air meets the warm breath of the Mediterranean, the kind of air cured meat has always loved.

Eko kmetija Gabršček is a small organic family farm in Kamno, a village in the heart of the Soča Valley. Their Krškopolje pigs live free-range, the way this breed always has, and nothing about the way they’re raised is rushed.

Pure pork from the black-belted pig, its own back fat, sea salt and spices, slowly air-dried in the Soča Valley. Simple, honest and very rare.
That is all there is. Once the last pack is gone, the Heritage Salami won’t come back, so if you’ve ever wanted to taste Slovenia’s rarest pig, this is the only time.
